They don't care about the appraisers. They only care about keeping their client happy. Appraiser are sick of being mistreated. They can never win. As far as the poor work done by appraisers, the bank needs to have a better monitoring sytem. Now that everyone is talking about the new law taking into effect AMC are going to get bigger and appraisers are once again left behind.
